Hard surface (no ironing board)
1) Preheat iron to 170 C (*** cotton position) No steam !!!
2) Lay garment on hard surfaces
3) Lay the patch with adhesive on the garment
4) Put on the patch the baking paper
5) Press iron firmly on the patch. 20 seconds
6) Allow to cool well
7) Repeat this at the rear of the garment.
8) Let cool well
